I’ll delete this if people are getting sick of the subject but it’s official… Fragrancenet has now cancelled FIVE of the eight bottles I’ve ordered over the past few weeks. I sent them a very strongly worded email so I’m expecting a personal apology from the CEO and a refund on the ones I actually received very soon. I wish I had the willpower to stop buying from them but I’ll likely keep throwing the dice because I’m cheap. Don’t be like me, stop giving them your business!

    The site says they’re in stock, even says exactly how many bottles are supposedly in stock if they’re running low, then they take 4 days to prepare the order for shipment and when they email the tracking number they tell you the item wasn’t in stock.

    They cancelled Mancera Black Gold on me two orders in a row and even cancelled a Fleur Universelle tester on me this time after it said it was still in stock for 4 full days after I put in the order Friday morning.

    What do you guess is driving the cancellations? are they just advertising stupidly low prices to draw in customers and then they don’t have the stock?

    They’ve been doing this for ages..they hav the worst database..they don’t care..cos they kno you all will be ordering from them anyway.. lol..
