I’m really getting fed up with FragranceNet

I’m really getting fed up with FragranceNet! I just don’t understand how my package is already in my state, but is going to take another 6 days to be delivered to my home? Where is the f*cking logic!

    I had the same situation, then it was delivered to the wrong address. The next time I chose the fast shipping, and ordered a lot to justify it.

    That’s the beauty of Smart post. It’s cheaper for the sender but horrible for the customer. I had a package sit at my post office for 3 days before being sent to Ohio and then back again.

    if you spend 3.95 for the shipping its gonna be significantly faster, thats what for me at least

    I’ve never had issues with them like others have. I pay a few more bucks for the next-best shipping. And I’m finer than frog-hair.

    Second time using fragrancenet and their shipping is slow but what’s really bad about them is I’ve contacted them two or three times via email and they haven’t ever bothered to reply. It really worries me that if something ever goes wrong and my order goes missing there will be little hope to rectify any issues. Really poor customer service.

    Everyone knows that if you take the free shipping option that it’s going to take a long time, it’s part of how they are able to sell for such a good price….if shipping time is important for you then shouldn’t you simply pay for expedited shipping? That’s why they offer faster options.
